Revision & Refund Policy
Review CSAssignment.help revision allowances, scope rules, delivery issues, and how refund requests are assessed.
Clear expectations
These policies explain how support is scoped, how information is handled and what responsible use looks like.
Revisions cover agreed requirements, not a new assignment scope
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2 revisions, and Premium includes unlimited revisions within the originally agreed scope. A revision means correcting or adjusting work so it better matches requirements that were supplied and accepted before work started.
New features, changed datasets, additional report sections, a different programming language, a new deadline or requirements introduced after delivery may require a separate quote.
Provide clear evidence of the requirement that needs correction
If something does not run or does not match the agreed brief, send the relevant error message, screenshot, file and requirement reference. Clear reproduction steps help us diagnose technical issues quickly.
Refund requests are reviewed against the agreed scope and work delivered
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, including whether work has started, whether a deliverable was provided, whether the original requirements were met, and whether a reasonable revision opportunity was provided for fixable issues.
We do not promise automatic refunds for changed requirements, unavailable third-party services, or a grade/mark outcome that was never guaranteed.
Raise a revision or refund concern through the same communication channel used for the order
Include the assignment reference, agreed requirements and a concise description of the issue. You can also email help@csassignment.help.
